CMDB Dashboard heath index percentage.

CMDB Dashboard is calculating both false (Closed complete) and true task to show the heath index percentage. as per the correct behavior it should only calculate the active tasks to calculate the heath index percentage.

To help me understand, are you talking about the "CMDB Dashboard - CMDB View"?

yes where we can see the  heath index percentage of tasks

If you mean the percentages in the 1st screenshot, that is controlled via the CI Class Manager on the Health tab as shown in the 2nd screen.
