Hi All,
WhatsApp Gold would send alerts when a device goes “Down”, and when the device does back “Up”. Is it possible to add the Up alert as a comment on the existing incident instead of generating a new one?
I want to know that this will be achievable are not, if yes how. Can any one please explain in details about this.
