When I try to create an application service I get a "Too many other errors" message.

The only relationships I didn't create was to a parent application service because there is no parent.

Hi All,
I was having the same issue until I populated the following:
* Environment,
* Support, Managed by Group
And made sure I had a Business Application already set up to associate it with the new Application Service.
It fixed my issue.
