When to Use Health Compliance Tasks vs. Important Actions in CMDB Use Cases?

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to understand when it's appropriate to use Health Compliance Tasks versus Important Actions in ServiceNow Workspaces, especially in the context of CMDB data validation.

For example:

  • I want to check if a device in the CMDB has a user assigned.
If no user is assigned, I’d like to either flag the device or create a review task. Similarly, if a computer of type X should be consuming service Y, and it's not, I’d like to identify that non-compliance.

In these kinds of scenarios, which approach would you recommend — Health Compliance Tasks or Important Actions? Or perhaps a combination of both?

Thanks in advance for any guidance!
