WHY DUPLICATE METRICS IS NOT ADDED IN THE HEALTH INCLUSION RULE,

I see there is no metric added as duplicate in the health inclusion rule, can anybody suggest how we can add duplicate metric in the health inclusion rule ?

HI @Gunjan Dutta ,

 

Duplicate metrics run automatically based on your configured IRE rules and detecting the data in class base on IRE rules only, Example if found the Same serial number for two records in same class or parent class then only duplication task will triggered based the duplication job.

I got it , but I am talking about t he duplicate metric is not added in the health inclusion rule box, how can we add this 

Did you open any CI class from the CI class manager, go to the 'health inclusion rules' and check? As you can see from the attached screenshot, 'Duplicate' option should be available here. You just need to move it to 'Selected' and then set the condition which you require.

If you are not able to find 'Duplicate' option here, then there is some deviation from OOB configuration. Analyze whether any customizations might have caused this. If you are still not able to find the reason after analysis, raise a hi-ticket.
