SOLVED! Failure Threshold Reached

To fix this issue  (screens attached) All - > Health Preference- Increase the limit of (Failure Threshold) to a number above the total of CIs in CMBD and Save it,-Run the correctness job in CMDB VIEW- Wait the job ends up -Refresh the scored card
