Why only 1 record is been displayed on Reference field since there are many other in the table? pls

Wwhen I click on magnifying glass of Model ID field, it takes to cmdb_model , but it brings only 1 record , but there are many more rows into cmdb model thanks!

Hi,

Out of the box models are filtered based on their model category. The model category has to match the CI class. If you are in the Computer class, only models connected to categories for that class will be displayed. When creating news CIs, models without category should also be available.

@Angelo Cortesi The model field uses a Reference Qualifier which filters models based on the category field.
