Will Business rules execute when IH-ETL executes?

Will Business rules execute when IH-ETL executes?

If yes, is is possible to stop running the Business rules just like how we can disable the execution of Business rules in Transform maps?

According to this response to the first question is yes it does run and no there is not a way to stop it from running.

@SteveMacWWT we have 100 thousands of records to be processed via IH-ETL then.

So for every record all the BR's will run. Isnt there any performance impact?
