I have created 10 templates on sys_template table in that template i have mention different description with different assignment group. Template on sys_customerservice_task table. and one decision table there in input assignment group and table name is sys_user_group and in ouput assignment groups and each assignment group template sys id.
10 assignment group ad 10 sys_id of template for each.
Now existing requirement is if assignment group change then also same description template format show.no current each assignment group template should change. If other than 10 assignment group existing template for show. For this wrote client script and script include. How we can modify with current requirement's could you please suggest.
