How can we build business service in cmdb?

Hi Sounderrajan,

if you deploy the Service Builder plugin on the instance that will be the easiest. 
A Service Builder module will be available and the can create Business Services and Technical Service (including offerings for both. ). 
I do suggest to check some youtube material on the Service Builder capability to get a better understanding.
