After searching all documentation available to me, can someone explain what the triangle symbol means next to the Business Services and Service Offerings? How do I get rid of them? Sometimes they are white, sometimes yellow. Also, is there Product Documentation available that I have somehow missed?

This happens when you edit a Service in Service Builder. It makes a copy of the Service which is checked out. In order to publish changes to the Service made in Service Builder, you need to Submit those changes in Service Builder. Otherwise you can open the Service and select Cancel Check Out.

hi Donna,
The triangle is indeed a working copy (by using the Service Builder) and the Service worked on is not saved again (checked in again).
When you open a Service or a Service Offering in the Service Builder then it copies the whole construct:
Service Offering + parent Service + all other Service Offerings of this parent Service (all will be checked out --> Draft until it is saved again). It is a bit confusing.
in the ITSM processes you can filter them out by state=Published or state is null.
BR,
Barry
