CSDM mapping of all Business Apps, App Services, and Service Offerings for ServiceNow Products

Hi All,

 

I'm hoping someone has a complete list of Business Applications, Applications Services, and Service Offerings for all ServiceNow products to map out in the CMDB. The CSDM Data Model Examples provides a lexicon with some examples, but I'm hoping someone has a full breakdown that I can use.

Johannes,

 

Would it not be better to build a Dynamic CI Group to house the ServiceNow MID Server hosts to accomplish this "grouping"?  This would place this under the Service Mapping umbrella as it appears you are looking to do.

Hi Adam,

There is an example data modelling done for Canadian national railway. I believe you can refer it to model your enterprise portfolio.
