Hey Folks,
Seeing our current situation in business - I have decided to start with identifying the business capabilities of the business applications. Once these are finalised (of course on going) and in systems, our next move is Discovery and Service Mapping so that I can link these with Infrastructure(Service Instance) and at the same time work on Technical Services and it's offering. All this will be done using EA workspace and Service Builder.
If I will be able to achieve this - what are the immediate use cases I can implement to show value in my business.
Also, am I going in right way?
