Hi this is my requirement can some one please help me to fulfill my requirement
If a user is a member of a group and got removed from the group
1- clear the assigned to field for all the incidents assigned to him
2- send a notification email to the assignment group of the incidents that the user is no longer
a group member so that they reassign the incident to someone else.
Fire event and trigger notification using - EventQueue
[mention in different colors]
Create a Notification script for the same notification...in that you would write a code such that-
Click Here to view the incident....======================================>template.print
Click Here would be hyperlink on clicking which, I would be redirected to the incident record.
