Great to have the CSDM 4 whitepaper. Within the ‘Manage Technical Services’ a special Technical Service Owner for Delivery is drawn. The TS/TSO delivered are orderable but you don’t see any relations drawn to the Application Service or application stack.
Can anyone give me an example of a Delivery TS/TSO and how it is used?

Thanks for your response. I found a CSDM 4 video on Youtube last night that clarified it for me just last night. I'll include the link below. In short, it have come to feel it captures the offerings that don't produce a systems related outcome. It is the process or data deliverables that can't be pinged on the network, isn't recorded in the CMDB, or is pure consulting (thought leadership).
I may be wrong but check the video linked below and let me know if you see it differently.

Hi Arno,
TS and TSO are on the Managed Technical Services (Orange) part of the CSDM model. They are used to represent services that are provided in order to keep an Application stack and Application service up and running.
Example: A server in an Application stack is managed and maintained by a group that is capable to do so. This group is represented by a Technical Service (What services are performed by this group) and a TSO (What are the more specific details of the service like windows, uptimes and response and downtimes thus SLA).
On Application Service Level the TS and TSO mostly represent the 1st line solver group maintaining the AS. This can be the Service Desk for example.
An other example: A cloud provider is delivering cloud services that are used in an Application stack. Such clud services are also represented by a TS and TSO and often added as Application Service or CI in the application stack providing the Application Service itself.

Hi Ed, thank you for your explanation. I am especially looking for an example regarding the Technology Service Owner for Delivery.
Do you see a cloud provider as such Delivery Technology Service Owner? And if such provider does not have CI's to add to the Application Stack, you create an own Application Service and create an AS to AS relation?
I am struggling how to add datacenter services to the stack. During incidents or changes they need to be involved. The data center has CI's and are related to the servers, would they automatically be added to the Application stack?

Did you ever develop a better understanding of your question around the TSO for "Delivery" vs. Infrastructure and Application/Platform? I'm still struggling to know what Delivery contains that isn't already in Application/Platform/Infrastructure.
Please advise.

Hi
At the moment I use a Delivery TSO for services that don't have/own CIs. For example teams that during out-of-office hours monitor the services or support an aspect of an application. We use the TSO as an incident task queue.
I have not found an other delivery task where I can use it for.
