Great to have the CSDM 4 whitepaper. Within the ‘Manage Technical Services’ a special Technical Service Owner for Delivery is drawn. The TS/TSO delivered are orderable but you don’t see any relations drawn to the Application Service or application stack.
Can anyone give me an example of a Delivery TS/TSO and how it is used?

Thanks for your response. I found a CSDM 4 video on Youtube last night that clarified it for me just last night. I'll include the link below. In short, it have come to feel it captures the offerings that don't produce a systems related outcome. It is the process or data deliverables that can't be pinged on the network, isn't recorded in the CMDB, or is pure consulting (thought leadership).
I may be wrong but check the video linked below and let me know if you see it differently.
