Hello , I' m experiencing a weird behavior creating a Business Service on Service Builder

In Service builder apparently stucked , I can't move to.
Does anyone knows what is it? A bug?

it would help if you provided a bit more detail:
- What role(s) do you have - are you an admin or a service user?
- What version of ServiceNow are you using?
- What steps did you take when creating the service - which parts of Service Builder did you fill in data?
- What troubleshooting steps have you undertaken (if any)?
I cannot see find any logging that using this precise text, and from the generic wording, rather than a Service Builder error it could be you've failed some form of access control, or perhaps a Business Rule has aborted the save/update (there are 13 Business Rules that could abort the update of a Business Service on the Service table).
I hope this helps!

It’s not really a record-creation issue — the Business Service is created, but Service Builder’s canvas fails to refresh, causing the false “Unable to update record” error.
This usually happens due to UI glitches or missing required fields like classification/criticality.
Refresh Service Builder or try Incognito; it’s a known bug in newer releases.
