Hi @shadabanwar You should be in Global Application scope to edit the Incident from. Check you Application Scope and set it to Global and you should have "Admin" or "personalize_form" role to edit the form layout.

Thanks for reply, I followed the Sid's advice and it works now by changing the application in Global application scope.
