Is there any solution to this in Rome/San Diego?

Q - How to relate 'n' CIs to Technical Service Offerings without manual effort? (without Service Mapping)?

Please use Dynamic CI Group (query based service)  there are 3 ways to related CI (query, embeded query and manual)

We address this usecase in the Dynamic CI Group.  We talk about defining Technical Services in the video on this article: https://community.servicenow.com/community?id=community_video&sys_id=144f494b1b8a8d10d018c8ca234bcb3a

Hello Suggy,

As stated below, you can use dynamic group CIs to relate discovered CIs to the Technical Service Offering. To sync the data between the service offering and discovered CIs for support group, assignment group, and managed by group, update the classification to Technical Service and use the Managed by relationship to relate the technical service offering and the dynamic group CI.

When you create the dynamic group CI, you have to create a CMDB group and the CMDB group creates a query that tells you the CIs to group together and relate to the service you are defining.

Here is more information around creating a technical service offering, dynamic CI group, and synchronizing the data:
