How to link Knowledge Articles to Service Offerings

Hi there!

 

How do you link Knowledge articles to Service Offerings? 

In the service Offerings form there is a related list called Knowledge but I'm unable to edit it. Also, on the knowledge article form there isn't a related list I could add that says service offerings. 

 

How do I keep track of the knowledge articles along with the catalog items related to my service?

Could be you don't have the rights to edit it?
Also, I don't think ServiceNow / Service offering comes with the knowledge related list out of the box. And that could (partly) explain why you don't have the rights.

Hi @Amy Matsuhashi ,

 

You won't be seen new or edit button on knowledge related list of Service offering table. But you can add the 'Service offering' in configuration item(cmdb_ci) field of knowledge(kb_knowledge) table that will show knowledge article in related list
