Incident / Service Operations Workspace / Service Map

In Service Operations Workspace, when creating an incident using a (Dynamic) Application Service as the configuration item, I am unable to directly view the Service Map, similar to how you can click the Dependency Views icon from the UI16/Incident form. Specifically, my use case is as follows:

 

A user contacts the Service Desk regarding an issue with a specific application service (e.g., ABCApp Prod). I've entered the ABCApp Prod service as the configuration item. I want to quickly check if the service or any of its supporting configuration items have any open incidents or change requests.

 

How can I achieve this in Service Operations Workspace?
