Issue in incidents list.

I am not getting proper filtered incidents list  assigned as empty.How to solve it.

Hello @Mahanvitha 

Back in May 2025, ServiceNow has introduced some new ACL's to restrict the data which can be filter from the different tables.

 

I am pretty sure, that issue is related with query range ACL. I would recommend you to please check the query range ACL for the table and if not present then please create it. It is definitely going to help.
