IT Agent Dashboard Configuration

There is an OOB IT Agent Dashboard. But no data is coming. The dashboard has 2 tabs Your work and Your Groups Work. I need to configure the dashboard. There are some jobs under the module Platform Analytics Administration. How can I Do that? Is there any way.

That Dashboard is read-only protected and part of the Service Operations Workspace for ITSM. You will have to duplicate it and edit your copy.

I have duplicated and added my copy but still the data show "No data available"

Also have executed all Scheduled data collections manually. Still no data is shown. I have some incidents assigned to me and my group which were resolved today, but the dashboard reports show any data ((((

The dashboard, and the Incident Management and Request Management dashboards, uses many metrics that are not turned on by default. You may need to activate some of the plugins below, and/or add some of the metrics to the applicable Performance Analytics Data Collector jobs.
