IT Agent Dashboard Configuration

There is an OOB IT Agent Dashboard. But no data is coming. The dashboard has 2 tabs Your work and Your Groups Work. I need to configure the dashboard. There are some jobs under the module Platform Analytics Administration. How can I Do that? Is there any way.

That Dashboard is read-only protected and part of the Service Operations Workspace for ITSM. You will have to duplicate it and edit your copy.

The dashboard, and the Incident Management and Request Management dashboards, uses many metrics that are not turned on by default. You may need to activate some of the plugins below, and/or add some of the metrics to the applicable Performance Analytics Data Collector jobs.

Performance Analytics - Content Packs for ITSM (com.snc.pa.premium.all_content)
ITSM Success Dashboard indicators (sn_sd_itsm)
Self-Service Analytics PA (com.snc.pa.self_service_analytics)
ITSM Analytics (sn_itsm_analytics)
