I'm referring to the excel template that is referenced in the demonstration, I was under the impression it could be downloaded from somewhere to assist with the mapping, or have I misunderstood the comments made in the presentation by scott and mark.

This link is for csdm data modelling, I'm after the lifecycle stage and status modelling workbook (excel format) as shown in screen dump.

Now Create only has a powerpoint presentation on this, not a lifecycle stage and status workbook which is what I'm looking for.
