I'm new to ServiceNow with experience in Salesforce. I have been working on Knowledge Management: Platform Analytics.

I could use a mentor more especially in my beginner phase so I can find my ground quicker and accelerate my learning journey. Is there anyone available within the community to assist me in this regard.

Mainly focus on learning administration fundamentals to understand the basics and then explore the modules in ServiceNow like ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITAM, ITOM, FSM etc...

Hi @Sneha KH, thank you so much for the brief path provided. I have already completed the Welcome to ServiceNow course. At the moment I am working my way through the System Administration Fundamentals course.

My next steps will be focused on the ITSM Fundamentals. With your assistance, I'm sure I will make a great success of the platform and create a clear path for my learning journey.
