I have a couple questions from the version I just downloaded from Create...
1. Technical Service Offering: It now says that they may have more than 1, and from looking at the examples it looks like you can have a CI with multiple technical service offerings related. Doesn't this confuse who is responsible for the CIs? Is there a new method within the technical service offerings to determine which is to be looked to first for support of the CI?
2. On slide 53 it looks like you are attempting to say that a SDLC Component (Tax Calc config files) has a reference to a software product model (Tax Calc 2021). I don't believe that a SDLC Component should ever point to a software product model - it should point to an application product model as the SDLC Component doesn't have a version. Can you explain why the Tax Calc 2021 is between the SDLC Component and the application service.
