I had the same issue the other day, but the problem was resolved after I created a case.

I just did the same, no other option, except raising a case with a snapshot - Service Desk are quite responsive and helpful, so shouldn't be an issue, as long as we have passed the exam/quiz of course.

when I try to create a case it is not showing the course name of CSDM in the dropdown list.It is showing only CMDB which I am currently doing.
