I have a question regarding classification/tagging of business applications.
First some context:
Users of an organization will soon begin to fill out Business impact analysis (Using BCM module), the information from the BIAs, when approved, will populate emergency tier on the business application. In the BIA we also have question if the business application is applicable for specific legislatives.
My question is; How would you store information like this on business application?
It is important for the organization to quickly be able to see, if a business application is covered by legislation. In regards to GDPR we have the data classification field + information objects, but I cannot figure out how to attach the other types of legislation.
Tags are the obvious solution, but it should not be possible for users to change the legislative tags.
Note: IRM is implemented, but not all users have access to information in this module.
