Hi,
You can try the following:
Trend Reports: Trend reports allow you to track the number of records created, resolved, and closed over time. You can use trend reports to generate a report that shows the number of open vs resolved records for the last 6 months. To create a trend report, navigate to the "Reports" module in ServiceNow and select "New" > "Trend".
List Reports: List reports allow you to create a table of records based on selected criteria. You can use list reports to generate a report that shows all records that were opened or resolved in the last 6 months. To create a list report, navigate to the "Reports" module in ServiceNow and select "New" > "List".
Pivot Reports: Pivot reports allow you to create a summary report that shows the number of records based on different criteria. You can use pivot reports to generate a report that shows the number of open vs resolved records for each month in the last 6 months. To create a pivot report, navigate to the "Reports" module in ServiceNow and select "New" > "Pivot".

You can create dataset to achieve this.
First create report for incident open -
Then add drilldown for incident closed
Then create report for incident closed -
End result
Note = Mine is PDI so there is not much data.

Hi @Rushi2 ,
1. Choose a time series report and select by week, month or what ever you like.
2. create a main data set for e.g. resolved and add another dataset for the opened
Above will give the result that you're searching for.
