See data back end with only Business stakeholder

Hi,

New at this community so sorry in advance if I brake any rules 🙂 !

We have at IKEA a lot of assignment group managers that per se have access to the back end having the business stakeholder access, but in the back end they can not see members of groups due to what I assume is role restrictions.

Is there any other way for these managers to see members etc. without having to go to end user portal and use the catalog item we setup for adding / removing members, today this is the only way we know of.

Any help is appreciated

Hello, when you create a report on the groups and group members can they view the data.

The best way is better to create a catalogue with MRVP where users can search for groups (specific) or create a report as suggested by @Tsura Andreeva and schedule that. I doubt they user can access or see data due to role restrictions.
