Business Unit not visible in incident page

I am not able to add "Business Unit" to my "Incident" page.

Are you refering to incident form here - "Incident page" and Business unit details as below

Yes, the Business Unit field is not visible on the incident page form

This screenshot is from other instance, added for reference.

I also checked the "Form Layout" in "Configure" but not found the field "Business Unit" there in the list.

It is not directly available

Go to form layout --> Caller --> Department --> Business Unit.
