Looking for advice and examples of service mapping for an Enterprise Data Platform organization to map out application services, technical service offerings and technical services. For example, would technical services be a large encompassing for all Enterprise Data Platform Services and the technical service offerings be more specific, such as, data ingestion services, data management services, dashboard administration?
Also, has anyone done examples relating to application such as AWS Lambda and breaking it down into app services, tech services, CIs?
Have there been considerations of data sets or certain reports or dashboards as CIs?
