I am new to Tag based service-mapping and I have a question.
At first, I have created a two Tag Categories with tag keys as below.
Test_tag_cat1 and Test_tag_cat2.
And next I have created a new Service Family, and included these above created two Tag categories, and along with that provided the Tag values for those both.
Note: those Tag values has been taken from Key Value table.
Now, my question is, I see there are more than 2000 records in the Key Value table that matches the key value. But when i click on view Service Candidates in the Service family, it is showing something which I don't understand.
It is showing Metadata: {"Category":"Test_tag_cat1","value":"int-jbf-00483"}.
Actually, I want to select few CIs from those 2000 records and add them to my service family. But not understanding how to achieve that? Or tell me if this is a good practice.
