What Organizational Sources Help Define the CSDM Model?

Hello Community,
I am currently working on the predicting CSDM model in ServiceNow and am trying to identify the most reliable organizational sources (in general) of information that can help define the CSDM model accurately.
My objective is to predict and suggest a CSDM model that best fits the organization, ensuring it can effectively support other modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and AIOps, while maintaining correct mapping between Business Applications, Business Services, and Technical Services within the CMDB.
