About access to Employee Center Pro

I have an issue that's really troubling me. I want to log in to Employee Center Pro to check the OOTB services for New Hire Onboarding, but when I log in through Self-Service → Employee Center, it doesn’t seem to be the Pro interface—it looks like the base Employee Center page. I’ve checked the applications, and it appears that Employee Center Pro is already installed. Can you tell me what might be going wrong?

The user's issue is likely due to a misconfiguration of user roles or portal redirection, not a problem with the Employee Center Pro installation itself. The most common cause is the user lacking the required sn_app_ec.employee_center_pro_user role. Additionally, an administrator should check the sn_app_ec.portal_page_redirect_roles system property to ensure that the correct role is listed, which automatically directs users to the new portal upon login. Finally, verifying that the navigation menu link is correctly pointing to the Employee Center Pro portal's homepage can also resolve the problem.
