@AbiolaM Please refer to this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AgqQ-LWodxQ and see if you are following the exact steps. If the issue persists despite following all the steps then reach out to now learning team and raise a support case with them.

Super helpful in the way that it validates I have done the steps correctly. However, I still cannot validate. It just says failed. I have entered a support case with Now Learning.

i also deleted the administrator comment and made one under PU and still fails
