I have carried out all the necessary steps but its not validating my tasks

If the test doesn't start with "impersonate a user"
...don't impersonate the user.
Validated this as Sys Admin.

Create a new incident as Administrator and the task will be validated

Same issue. I did it the same and can't validate the task
