Thank god for you. Your channel was perfect. I went wrong by going to self-service instead of service desk which messed up so much for me. When I realize what I had done I swapped it and everything started working.

I'm facing the same issue like the other users that I can't process the last step. I watched the video but on my end I always ends up in "platform Analytics". Could you please help me? Thanks, Barbara
