Delete Request Access from Your Company Admin

Hi, in my ServiceNow University -> My University account -> My company access, I have a request made by mistake and I want to delete it. How can I do?

In the ServiceNow University portal, requests to join a company (like the one you submitted to your company admin) cannot be deleted manually by the user once submitted. However, you have a few options depending on the status:

Option 1: Cancel the Request (if still pending)
In the screenshot, if the “Cancel” button (bottom left) is clickable and not grayed out, you can:

Click Cancel

This will withdraw the access request and remove it from the pending list

Option 2: Contact ServiceNow University Support
If the Cancel button is not available or doesn’t remove the request:

Go to the Help or Contact Support link in the ServiceNow University portal

Submit a request asking them to remove or cancel your access request manually

Provide the email address and request details (e.g., company name, date submitted)

You can also email nowlearning@servicenow.com if no portal support form is available.


Option 3: Let the Admin Reject It
If the company admin has access to your request, they can simply reject or ignore it — it won’t affect your University access outside of that company space.

Option 1: the Cancel button doesn't mean Delete, so it's not a solution.
Option 2: very good solution 🙂
Option 3: it's difficult for me to find the Admin for asking him/her to reject the mistaken request
