Dev Instance is not reviving from hibernation

Hi,
My Dev instance won't wake up from hibernation. I've retried and also tried a refresh but it does not seem to work.
Is there a way to troubleshoot this?

Unfortunately no other option other than trying to wake from developer portal and wait until its fixed.

Hi @thomasgroen ,
as you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you’re limited to two options:
- wait, it should come online again after some time.
- If you get tired of waiting. Release your instance and request a fresh installation. Note! Any work that hasn’t been backed up will be list for good.

It was never fixed. Retried many times to awake the instance, no luck. Thanks for the replies, I have destroyed the instance and will start with a fresh one.
