You can easily achieve this using the Anchor feature in the Knowledge Article editor.
Here’s how I did it step by step:
In your article, open the text editor and select the place where you want to jump to, for example, a section heading.
- After Selecting the place where you wanna jump to, Click the Anchor icon and add a unique ID (like one, two, three, or any specific name, etc.) In my case I wrote five
- Then go back to any part where you want to jump from, and highlight the text
- and then click the link icon, In the link URL, type # followed by your anchor ID, like this:
- Save the article, now when you click the link, it will jump directly to that section!
Hope this helps!

Hi, thanks for the steps. I tried this one. However, when we add, unique ID, it gets disappeared while saving the article. Hence, although I see anchor appearing in the hyperlink, it does not jump to destination section.
