how do i learn servicenow development in a best way possible

i wanna become a servicenow developer, and i have been trying for months but, cant learn it properly or good enough to get a job. please find best resources to become a good developer. and try to give free resouces as much as possible. because i would love to learn from multiple perspectives, your responses are gonna help me alot, thank you

Sorry to state it, but you don’t become a good developer in a couple a months - this takes years.. instead, start with the basics and apply for an entry level job eg as an administrator or similar.
