How do you get a New/Add approval action on Requested Items in Service Operations Workspace?

Hi Everyone 😊

 

I currently have a problem that I've been tasked with and it's to add an UI action onto approvers to 'add' or create a 'new' approver on Requested Items.

 

Steps that I've taken: 

 

1. Clicked on any Requested Item.

2. Navigated to 'Related Records' tab of the Requested Item that has the 'Catalog Tasks', 'Approvals' & 'Group Approvals'.

3. Created new Action assignment. 

4. Created new ACL. 

5. Refreshed Requested item and no button to add 'new' approvers or 'edit'.

 

Currently that function is available for 'Group Approvals' & 'Catalog Tasks':

 However, there's none for the Approvals:

I have tried to copy the method of what was done from these articles but to no avail, it still didn't appear.
