How to Change the Home Settings in Service Operations Workspace

The dashboard displayed on the Service Operations Workspace Home is set to “Overview” by default. I would like to change this. Is there a way to modify the default setting? I would appreciate your guidance on this matter.

what you want to change?

You can change the dashboard on that landing page.

But remember that landing page is OOTB and you cannot edit that.

You will have to make a copy of that and then update the dashboard you want to see in the new landing page.

I want to check where the initial values for the dashboard are set.

Steps

1) left nav -> UI Builder

2) open SOW
3) Open This landing page "Service desk landing page PAR SNC"

4) I made a copy of that and then checked the sysId on Right side and it's for the Overview dashboard

f671f450477bca5096bc6095d36d43d7 and table is "par_dashboard"

5) check below screenshots
