How to Change the Home Settings in Service Operations Workspace

The dashboard displayed on the Service Operations Workspace Home is set to “Overview” by default. I would like to change this. Is there a way to modify the default setting? I would appreciate your guidance on this matter.

Could you explain the difference between the following?
Does this mean the dashboard displayed changes depending on the user?
・Tier1 Default Dashboard
・Tier2 Default Dashboard

Hi @SotaT ,

 

Yes, you can create an experience for user group XYZ. hence, group XYZ would see one dashboard / landing page where other users would see another.
