What are the most effective ServiceNow certification plans for Knowledge Management?
I work as a knowledge author and contributor but I know I have a lot to learn about ServiceNow. Before I can persuade management to let me adjust some ServiceNow settings, I need to prove to them that I have the skills required to properly enable certain features.
