Managing licenses in multiple instances of Service Now

We are facing a challenge with our team's access to multiple instances of ServiceNow that are customer-owned. Unfortunately, we don't have enough licenses for all team members. Each week, we have to request the customer to swap licenses between users, but these requests are often not fulfilled on time. This leaves us without the necessary access to log customer tickets.

Is anyone else experiencing a similar issue? Does anyone have a solution? We have requested the ability to manage these licenses ourselves but have been denied.

Thanks for your response, Sandeep.  We are able to run the reports on license usage within each instance.  I was hoping there could be a solution to manage licenses through a central portal (or similar) that connects to all instances.
