can anyone help me retrieve my pdi, please admin i have a company files on that pdi and i need to submit it on november 8 i cant recreate it again on a short notice pls help me here is my pdi on the url

Hi @JLMARKA_ ,
As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:
- Wait, your instance should come online again after some time.
- If you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please Note, that everything that hasn't been backed up will be lost for good.
