Dear All,
I am learning ServiceNow and practicing via Zurich PDI where I am unable to create a scope application from " Studio". Please find attached herewith the error message every time I receive, even after changing the Application/scope names several time!
Can any one help explaining what's exactly wrong with my work? so I can create the app and keep practicing for my learning.
Appreciate your response people.
Thanks
Subrata

Hi @SubrataA ,
I also experienced this error on PDI which didn't make any sense. Only solution I found was to release my current PDI and request a fresh installation.

Best regards

Hello Anders,
Thanks for your response and informing about the fact since I am very new and I have no idea what to do !
Well how am i am going to release my current PDI and request a fresh installation? but myself through any setting or need to contact support ?
I believe I have to do since no way I am able to create the scope app , even changing the names each time with complete new names but same error.
Appreciate your response Anders and thanks again for your comment on my post.
Regards
Subrata
